Our boutique firm is smaller, allowing us to focus on about 10-12 campaigns at any one time. This means that all our work is deeply customized for each client, and our principals work directly with our clients.
Our specific expertise ranges from capital and comprehensive campaigns, multichannel annual
giving campaigns, planned giving, to board development. Dr. Kathryn Gamble, our principal,
focused her doctoral research in the area of board governance and power, and has been a high-net-worth major gift specialist her entire career.
