Guidelines for submissions are as follows:

• All content must be in MS Word format, single-spaced, and include a double space between paragraphs.
• All content submitted should be 500-750 words long.
• Whenever possible use subheads throughout your submissions, as well as sidebars with relevant supplemental material.
• Refer to the Associated Press Stylebook and Libel Manual for questions about style and grammar.
• All submissions must include the author’s name, title, company, phone number and e-mail address.
• Submit your text via e-mail to Jean O’Brien at jobrien@thesentergroup.com by the content due date.
